General Shipping Terms:
To ensure that your order arrives on time, please make sure you’ve filled out your shipping address correctly. We also strongly advise you to provide a contact mobile phone number.
The estimated delivery times are always expressed in workdays and should be counted after the order has left our warehouse.
Shipments are handled by our warehouse Monday and Friday (not counting holidays) and will be subject to the specifications of our logistics operators. Please, remember that we do not accept deliveries which require customs.
Standard delivery will be carried out by:
- Spain & Portugal – CORREOS
- Germany – DHL
- Rest of shipment countries that we service within the EU – UPS
Once your order is prepared, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link for tracking from the relevant shipping partner listed above.
What happens if you want to return?

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return an item. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their original labelling and packaging. If you’re unsure about the condition of your item, please contact our customer service team before you organise your return.

Please note that you are responsible for the all expenses associated with returning to UCM.
We recommend you send by certified mail or with acknowledgement of receipt as we cannot be held responsible in case of loss or delivery or poor condition of the package.
When and how will I receive the amount of my refund?
You will receive your refund through the same method you used for your purchase and this should take around 7-15 days, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange my jeans?
At the moment it is not possible to make exchanges on our online store. For now you can return your original order and then make a new purchase.
My order is wrong, what can I do?
If you have received a wrong or damaged item, you must contact customerservice@unitedchangemakers.com as soon as you are aware. Our team will review the problem and contact you with the steps you need to follow in order to make the return without any additional cost to you.
