Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their original labeling and packaging. When and how will I receive the amount of my refund?
You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of 7-15 days, depending on your bank.
It's not possible to make exchanges on the Online Store.
If you want to change the colour or size of your article, you return your original order and then make a new purchase on the Online Store.
If you have received a wrong or damaged item,you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you are aware.
